She is in a "Primary Election" under the "Independent Party" until the end of the month. Then she will be in the regular election, if she wins. She is a rescued beardie that would like to get her story out to teach people to learn about their pets before bringing them home. A 76 year old lady bought her at a reptile show. They told her to put Bebe in sand and feed her mealworms. She noticed the mealworms would breed in the sand, so she just let Bebe eat whatever bred in her tank. She did not give her calcium, UVB lighting, or a varied diet. Bebe's bones became very brittle and her front legs broke and they bent in and healed that way. She had no muscle in her back legs and she couldn't even see since her eyes were covered in sand. To make a long story short, Bebe is a special needs beardie. She has to be hand fed twice a day and has a personality out of this world. She is starting to "army crawl" with her front legs and she is moving around more. She can see now also. Please help her to win this election so she can promote education to new pet families. She will be donating all of her winnings to a local rescue. Thank you for your time. Bebe appreciates it also.
