Hey yall! I have been promising slavetoizzy some pics for a really long time, but have been so busy that even though I have taken pics, I rarely have time to post them. Well, today I caught a few of the whole beardie family minus one! Sandy is too aggressive to let out with other beardies, and Sparky, who wants to hump all of the ladies! :lol: Anyway, I gave everybody a bath and let them out together, and all they wanted to do is go harrass Sparky! :mrgreen: This is Sweet William, Trixie, Bella, and Fyona on the pillow, and that is Sparky grinning in the tank beside them

That's great!!!! I can't imagine what it is like to have that meany beardies running around.

Well, running might be a stretch! :lol: Sweet William is a rescue and is crippled from MBD, Fyona is another rescue and is blind, Sparky has a crooked spine and kinda waddles, and Bella is perfect, but she's a big puddle! :lol: She tries to move as little as possible. The only two runners that I have are Sandy and Trixie. But yes, they brighten my life, and I love them all! :wink:

Who's the one with a white spot on the back of the neck?

That is Sweet William. He lost the pigment there when he burned under a heat emitter because he was too incapacitated to move away from it where he lived before he came to me. About a month after he got here, that patch peeled off, and that is what was left. It has scales sort of, but they are very thin and you can see pink underneath. It sheds separately from the rest of him. I try to keep his basking cork at a slant so that it doesn't get too much UVB.

Wow, they all look great. I'm particularly impressed by the improvement that Sweet William has made. You are a guardian angel for these beardies and for all the reptiles that come your way. :notworthy:

Donna, they are all looking so beautiful! I'm not surprised that they all want to be near the Sparkster, he's got that wounded-soldier attitude that makes the Girls knees weak and inspires hero worship in Sweet William. And Sandy, well, what do you expect from Royalty? That picture of her with Sweet William, guaranteed to drive Izzie wild with jealousy! If, that is, he wakes up and comes out of his cave!

Yep, that halo you're wearing proves what I've been saying since we "met". You are definitely a Guardian Angel to the lost and abandoned that usually aren't considered "cute" enough for a rescue attempt. They enter your home and find sanctuary.
