Planning to build vivarium...advice?

My dad is somewhat an expert on woodworking, but we don't have much reptile experience to go on.
What kind of glue is safe for beardies?
I was planning to build around a 40 gallon tank out of glass with wood trim. Will this be sufficient? What would be good floor space (l by w) measurements?

In terms of bleaching (10%) everything will a wipedown be good enough for the glass (and possibly wood)?

u dont have to get so technicall with that stuff i used regular wood glue for mine just dont satin the inside of that cage and after ur done with it leave it to sit outside if u can and air out really good. o yea and heres a good piece of advice measure twice cut once. well good luck with ur custom enclosure and dont forget to post some pics of it when u are done
