Pixie has been sick AGAIN!!!

Hi Friends.
So long story short, had to take Pixie to the vet AGAIN.she has never been an active dragon and me being a first time owner I don't know what I am doing very well until I found you friends.
So had a dose of flagyl and some thing to entice her appitite. Never did a parasite test or bacteria test. Ran bloodworm. X-rays. Blah blah blah.
So after I called last week to get her in and was told I would
Be charged an urgent care fee. I called another vet. Hot in and he did texts. Come to find out she has pin worms, and Pseudomonas Aeruginosa. So she has been on Baytril since last Monday.
What do I need to do here? I threw away the half word logs away. Why do I do? I also got dewormer for her. From new vet.
This poor dragon has had issues since I have had her in adept. I fee like such a failure.

Hopefully the baytril will knock out the bacterial infection. Pinworms are pretty common. Did the vet mention if there is a high concentration or not? In mild cases they are often left alone. Panacur should be able to knock them out pretty easily though if needed. The logs don't need to be thrown out, just sanitized. You can rinse them off and then bake them in the oven on low (220-250 or so) for about 45 min to an hour to sanitize wood. Ceramic tile can be sanitized the same way. Everything else I'd just clean off well with vinegar/water mixture and then sanitize it with some F10SC which should handle everything pretty well. Hopefully her appetite bounces back soon and she gains energy to fight off what's bothering her.

So I have the logs in the oven now. What is that cleanser? I have the one in the little green bottle. To disenfect. Is that good? So what about her rocks and carpet? Also she got her first dost of panacure today. I'm worried.

I also have Dakil to do her tank. It's a kennel cleaner. Will that work?

Rocks I would just rinse and spray with sanitizer. Carpet I just throw in the washer and dryer. Repticarpet gets pretty worn out but fleece works well.
