Pinched toe(s) :/

I had to get my shirt out of my beardie's hideaway this morning and when I lifted the hideaway he started squirming around behind it.. I didn't realize he was so close to the thing! I may have pinched his toe(s)... Should I be worried about it falling off? I don't know how hard it pinched him :shock:
