He's an albino banded Californian Kingsnake! He'll get to around 5-7 feet, but only a few inches in diameter, so not nearly as big as a boa.

Nice pics. I have pictures of my dogs like that too. They look like they are totally about to kill each other, but really they are just playing. Nice to see all the animals and your drawing is very good! The picture of Gizmo is funny...I'm not doing anything, I'm just going to slowly eat this leaf...
