Haven't posted pics in a looong time so I wanted to show off my crew!
Here is my first beardie, Amber. I got her from a breeder that is a member of this board, midnight_962002. She's 2 1/2 years old. She's been brumating, but woke up this weekend for a bit. Here she is just waking up. I think I'd be smiling like that if I could sleep for a week at a time, too!
Looking out the window while I clean her cage. I have this irresistable urge to poke her fat little beard! But she really doesn't like me to do that, so I poke it on the computer screen, lol. Not quite as soft and squishy, though...
And basking after a meal of hornworms:
And a few older pics:
This is Flapjack, about 2 yrs. He came from a CL ad back in the spring. The owner meant well, but just had no clue. He was very skinny, but surprisingly alert and active. All I had to do was fatten him up! Here he is when I first got him:
Here he is now!
In this one, he had caught sight of the new guy:
And a couple in between when I first got him and recently:
And this is the newest guy, Freddie, supposedly 18-20 months. Here's the thread about his story: http://www.beardeddragon.org/forums/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=118667
He came with the sand. Don't worry, it's gone now!
I love this pic. It shows that beardie attitude, proving his neglectful situation has not broken his spirit!
His jaw doesn't align properly, so he can't chew. He's not really fond of the babyfood. He'd much rather have worms!
And just so he doesn't feel left out. Here's Onyx, our ball. This is when we first got him, so he's a lot bigger now! Balls grow so slowly, you think they haven't grown until you look at the "baby pics" lol.
That is all.
