picky eater! help!

My last beardie (R.I.P. Alfie) would literally eat anything he could get his mouth on. We had to childproof our house before letting him explore it!
My current beardie (Lucy, AKA LuLu) is the exact opposite. The only thing I can get her to even consider is crickets. And only the ones dusted with RepCal. She had one with herptivite and she spit it back out. I really want her to eat some greens/veggies and worms but she WON't!!! I've tried waxworms, earthworms, mealworms (i know, i know, they are bad, i had to try them though), the list goes on. I always shake them around and try to get them moving for her she just runs away.

Mine is old and still a fussy eater, as much as it seems to annoy them, gently rub it around the sides of their mouths opening their lips. Once you move around to the front the mouth with the food, she will open her mouth quickly, gently get it in there! From there, if she likes it she will eat it. I had to do this with all new non-living foods, afterwards my beardie would see what it was and eat it. This could take a couple tries, and the last resort which I also had to do for a while, starve them of what they like, just like a child, and they will eat their veggies :wink:
