Picky Beardie

Hey everyone, my bearded dragon growing up ate veggies almost every morning and afternoon, small amounts, but he was very small when he did this so i figured it was alright. But as he has grown, he is about 7 months now, he seems to rarely eat vegetables maybe like two or three pieces if i hand feed them to him. The only exception is red bell pepper, he loves them and will sift through the greens for them when i put them in his veggies. Are too much pepper bad for him? Should i stop putting them in until he eats different kinds? or how should i get him to eat his greens consistantly is what i should be asking.
