Im looking to order some phoenix worms and i don't know if they are hard to care for.
What and how much do you feed them?
How many will die when being delivered?
Would they live a couple weeks with food until i feed them to my dragon?
Do you need to give them water too?

Any help would be great

not much is needed, they are grubs and can live in compost. There is an article on right side on how to set up and feed them.

I ordered 600 small Phoenix worms that were delivered on July 5 and 13 days later am still finding decent size worms to feed Blaze. I saw in someones enclosures post that they kept their worm tubs in a cooler and just kept ice in it. (sorry can't remember whose right now) As I am not interested in getting a wine cooler this is working out real well for me and Blaze.
I alternate the tubs so that I can give the bigger worms to Blaze and just today got to one tub that only had a few very small worms left in it. So need to order more now. For reference Blaze eats just over 40 most days and he is 4 months old. I do give him dusted crickets several times a week still.
And the silly baby likes his greens. :)

I have heard of others using coolers as well. I was going through 1000 worms in 5 or 6 days. For me it just made sense to get an inexpensive wine cooler and order the worms in bulk. For about $220 I have enough worms and a cooler to last me 3 months. That would be about 5 weeks of worms the way I was ordering them before. In the future it will only cost me $110 for 3 months, $110 would only have purchased 3 weeks of worms before the wine cooler. The saving quickly make up for the purchase of the wine cooler.

PS- I found a number of wine coolers available for $50 or less on Craigslist here.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
