I have a nine month old male(?) whose two daily feedings may turn out to be quite struggle to fit in. If I were to provide the one daily feeding, and also leave a dish of phoenix worms in his tank all day, would that make up for the absent feeding?
My second question involves UK sites that are selling phoenix worms. Can anyone recommend me a reliable one?

I believe Phoenixworms.com has a way to order from there. I wouldnt leave them all day unless you have a dish they cannot wiggle out of. They wiggled out of mine in a matter of seconds. They do make special bowls that makes it hard for them to escape from. Since I have seen that they CAN get out of her bowl, I will be geting one! LOL.

Good Luck!

Yes, I'm planning on getting a "mealworm" dish, of which the edges are curved to prevent escape. Another issue I have been thinking over is whether the heat will kill them if exposed to it all day. I was planning on removing and re-using lefover worms.
Thanks for the link, I'll check that out.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
