Phoenix Worms in Canada?

Why are phoenix worms so difficult to find in Canada? All the online vendors I've seen don't ship to Canada and when I ask at a pet store they have no idea what they even are. Does anyone know any online shops that ship them to Canada?

I had the same reaction when I inquired about pheonix worms.

I did end up going to a reptile show and recorp was there so I bought a hundred for my dragons to try.

Very nice gentlemen and so informative as well.

My dragons didn't care for the phoenix worms so I haven't bought any more. It took them quite awhile to eat the 100 I did get so that told me they didn't really care for them. I have picky dragons and they are spoiled so they get what they like.

If my dragons did like them, then yes, I would have been a repeat customer.

I know how frustrating it is to find certain feeders in Canada.. I've ordered phoenix worms from both bugorder.com and recorpinc.com.. My dragon does really enjoy them, although she doesn't go crazy for them (the first time she saw them she did though), but then that may be because she's always so sleepy these past months. :lol: I only order them occasionally since they are so expensive and I couldn't imagine feeding them regularly.

I live in Toronto, but I did ask the manager at a PJs and he said he would order them for me. That was around a week and a half ago though, so hopefully they get them soon .

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention PJ's Pets.. I'm pretty sure they do carry them because I saw their pricing list for feeders in their feeder room and phoenix worms was on the list. But I don't think they have them available very often because when I asked that time, they said they didn't have any.
