Phoenix worm over feeding?

It's been about three weeks since I switched from dusted crickets to Phoenix worms as main staple and I've noticed drastic growth in my 3-4 month old beardie. He's gotten at least an inch longer and his abdomen has also widened.

I'm feeding daily servings of 30-40 worms split into 2-3 meals. He's not getting as much exercise with worms compared to when he was hunting crickets down.

How many worms would you recommend to be fed daily?

Should I alternate between crickets and worms more often? If so, how frequently?

As far as vegetables, he completely ignores them! I've only seen him eat a few pieces of chopped squash and some peaches. Once. Every other time it's like they're not even there.

Sounds like he's thriving.... keep it up.

Wont hurt mix up the insects (crickets and calcigents), he'll appreciate the variety.

How many worms would you recommend to be fed daily? <<<< as many as he want each feeding session.

Should I alternate between crickets and worms more often? If so, how frequently? <<< I tend to substitute the insect species for a feed (ie when I have silkworms , I'll give a big feed of crickets I the am , and substitute with silkworms for the last feed, in both cases as many as each lizard wants each session).

Keep offering the grated veg and chopped greens daily, he'll eventually nibble them, you can also mix some calcigents with the salad, the wriggling maggots will draw his attention and he'll likely get some salad in his mouth when he catches a maggot.

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.
