Phoenix worm care

I am thinking about buying some phoenix worms for my bearded dragon but i never got these before, does anyone know how to take care of them? Like what do they eat? And do they need any certain type of substrate or anything? Ive been trying to look online but im not finding much

They're pretty simple to care for. You just keep them in the container they come with and they'll live in the substrate. Keep them at room temperature or a little cooler. They keep well around 50-60 degrees. If you have a wine cooler then it makes it easy to regulate their temperature but if not just keep them in a cool area and they'll be fine. Should last a couple of weeks.

Are you just feeding them off or looking to start a culture? They eat just about everything, you can put veggie scraps in with them for something to munch on but if you feed them and the container gets wet it's much easier for them to climb the walls.
