pheonix worms

Hello,
I heard phoenix worms are good to feed my beardie is this true?
if so how many should I feed her a day and where is a good place I can get them? Also, if i get them do i need to gut load them?
(my beardie is 9 inches and 5 months old)

Yes they are good for them and you can let them eat as much as you want.

I have tried Phoenix worms but mine like silkworms alot better! Both are great choices though.
