Yay! pet updates! It's been a while since I posted, thanks to the new house, the dogs, getting everything ready for winter, lots of work (overtime since July). So I finally took some new pics and uploaded them to photobucket tonight. Here are my most recent pics of my monsters, all four of them.
I'll start with Merlin, who turned 3 this past September! We had to get another heat lamp for her tank, so she could continue to have her window seat. Either that, or we would've had to crank the heat up. So she's fully enjoying the 2 lights and her perch over the front yard.
Here she is claiming her rock as her own
And here she is in all her orange/yellow glory
Here's one with the flash on, showing her colors
Next is Everest, doing some vertical basking after getting his belly full of superworms. He's starting to look more like a male to me now (we thought he was a female for a long time). He's 2 years old this past summer and is really filling out and getting big!
compared to him earlier this year - see how much his head has filled out
And next is Haley, we've had her a month now and she's doing very well. We adopted her from a shelter about an hour away. She is the most lovey dog, she comes up to sit with us on the couch and get her belly rubbed. She just got spayed yesterday and is doing well with the recovery. She's estimated at a year and 8 months now.
here she is when we first got her
And here she is about a week or so ago - notice how much her coat has changed and how much better she looks since she's been eating right!
Tired Haley
Here she is last night after she came home from the vet
And last is Kahtadin, we've also had him a month, adopted out with his mom (Haley). He's estimated at four months old now. He's a big baby, loves attention and is really a big softy. He loves to play and makes friends with anyone that pets him.
This is the day after we got him
This is tired Tadi
This is naughty Tadi
And this is Tadi with his mom last night when she came home
Thanks for looking!
