Panic !! Lighting Questions

Morning.

I am trying to get the lighting right b4 I collect my BD on Sat. I have a 100w reflector lamp for the basking spot & an Arcadia D3 reptile lamp 6% UVB. I have been getting the basking spot to roughly 98-104f, the cool end to roughly 83-84f and a gradient of arounf 80f.

I know I need a timer for the UVB so that it is on for 12hrs and off for the same, but what do I need to do with the basking lamp? I know it sounds silly but am I right in saying my BD will need complete darkness when the UVB goes off? Do I need to change the basking bulb for a ceramic one instead? What temps should my viv be at night? I really want to get this right and am starting to panic

Both lights should be cut off during the night, Like i said in the other thread, rule of thumb, 12-14hours lights on, 10-12 lights off. Set both lights up with a timer. As for night time temps, If your house gets below 60, I would suggest getting a ceremic heat emitter.
