Panacur paste

I know this has been asked but I can't really find an answer.. I have quite a few beardies that need panacur and I found some locally but it's the paste.. it's for horses but it's the 10% kind.

So how do I figure out dosage with the paste? I know dosage in liquid is done in cc/ml so can I mix it with water or just use a dab?
