Pale and fighting parasites!!

Okay so Char is fighting coccadia and pinworms. She's taking Albon for the coccadia and I haven't started the other med yet bc it's hard on their systems. Anyways she's not eating which is expected I give her daily baths 20 mins long sometimes twice a day. Recently she looks pale she's usually a darker orange here's a pic can you tell me what's wrong?

Sorry she is having trouble with parasites.
How high were her levels on the fecal exam?
What is her dose on the Albon?
She is not feeling well though. Are you giving her any probiotics right now to help her tummy while she is on meds? I would recommend that if you are not, such as the non dairy soy yogurt or the acidophiliz, they help a lot.
Is she eating anything at all?

The vet said her coccadia level was high she didn't say the exact count. I tried looking for soy based yogurt but they didn't have it in the first store I looked. No she hasn't eaten anything that I can see a cricket yesterday that I know of.

Oh right the meds almost forgot. She takes .3 a day for 6 days she has 3 left.then she will start the pinworm meds which is Fenbendazole she will take .15 every 7 days for 4 weeks. She's so skinny and I'm worried about her not to mention she's not getting calcium bc of the no food. Is there another way to get her the calcium she needs?
