Packaged salads help?

well i was at a reptile expo yesterday in toronto, and one of the very friendly gentlemen there bread bearded dragons, i told him that my gizmo is much smaller then most bearded dragons and he said that a variety of greens is a must! where i live tho its hard to find most greens that are a staple other then collard greens...but he said that he buys organic spring mix and his beardies LOVE IT! and from the looks of his beardie they looked really healthy in color and weight! i was wondering what you guys had to say about this? can i just buy him spring mix? and which ones are best? what greens should i look for to avoid?

Malibu has been eating Olivias Organic Spring Mix for 4 years....she loves it and so does jane the vieled cameleon.
Also dust w/ repti vite and add fruit such as canalope,apple

This should be fed w/ a staple of protien live feeder such as crickets or super worms (depending on the size of your beardie do not feed supers to any beardie under 13 inches long
