Overactivity after poop?

I have been having some issues with my bearded dragon going to the bathroom...she hasnt gone in a week..and she has been hiding in her hut. I took her to the vet and they found nothing but said her belly was very soft. They said i can do xray for 90dollars and i said ill hold off a few more days. I have been giving her daily baths and she finally pooped today but now she is going nuts running around her cage...i let her loose in my room for awhile. Is this something similar to what a dog does after they go to the bathroom?

Maybe after such a long time of not going, it was a big relief to your dragon. I can see it being compared to cats or dogs after they go. :wink:

It dnt sound likd theres much to worry about if ur BD has pooped then i isnt blocked. Maybe try giving it smaller crickets to stop it getting inpacted. But being hyper? Idk, might just be feeling better. Just keep a eye out for weird behaviour

My Dash always runs around like crazy and jumps against the glass after he poops. It's a sure-fire way for me to know it's time to clean the cage

Puff is so happy after he pooped he just doesn't wants to stop xD and Its so cute to look how hes having fun
