Over feeding... possible?

ive had super mario for hes mabye 4-5 months old and eating possibly too much? ""30 dubias twice a day, and about half cup of greens" and just under 18 inches
and its not that i dont like his rapid growth but is he eating to much? can this be a negative thing? is there a reason why he eats like this?

If he's still that young, keep feeding him however much he'll eat. He's hungry and growing! When he reaches adulthood, more than a year old, then you can begin to think about giving him a stable diet so he doesn't become obese.

Think of it like this... Children eat quite a bit because they run around and burn energy. Teenagers are ravenous and eat constantly because of raging hormones going throughout their body due to puberty. Your dragon is like a child & teenager mixed together, so he's eating all he can and as much as he can because he's burning the "calories" off at a rapid rate. He'll slow his eating habits down once puberty has passed.
