Ormie is about 5 months old --- and we have been able to slowly start introducing the great outdoors to her...however, of course she can tolerate it for about 15 minutes and then inevitably there will be a dog bark or a bird tweet and she wants to bolt! I'm good with doing little outside stints but as she gets older will she mellow out a little bit?
Also, she refuses to stay on my shoulder. she has to be held either draped on my forearm or against my chest like a baby. which I don't mind, but I'm very envious of the people that take their dragons outside and they sit on their shoulders and act like they were born to cruise around and see the sights.
Will mine eventually do that too or will I have an arm draper?
If I put her on my shoulder she scampers right down and jumps on my chest so she can be carried that way. It's not a bad thing...but I lose a hand b/c I'm using one to support her so it wouldn't be advantageous to go anywhere with her.
just wondering..... :love5: my ormie!
