Outdoor enclosure ideas?

I took my dragon Penny outside yesterday for her first time ever. BAD IDEA. She darted and almost ran an entire block into a busy street before I could catch her, needless to say after that horrifying experience I want to be able to take Penny out but I need perimeters. I don't know so much if I am looking for a full blown enclosure but do you guys have any ideas on something I can put her in (like an empty kiddy pool or something she can't escape) this summer so she can enjoy the outdoors?

I put mine on an Iguana leesh I bought from pet store adjust to all sizes super small to big I use it for my two 8 month olds and my big male

i think a kiddy pool would work put some chicken wire over top and clamp it down so birdies cant get in and hurt your baby

get a leash, you can get really good ones, better then the ones in stores imo, from a member on here.

I have a small 40 gallon black plastic horse trough that I covered with screen cloth for my guy. It measures approx 4 ft by 2ft and has nice steep sides. My plan is to put it on my front balcony - no cats or other predators get up there. I will put it half in and half out of the sun so he can choose between sun and shade, and also put a hide in it. I have heard about the dangers of lightening bugs, so I think the screen cloth will have small enough weave that they can't get through it.
