Out of Tank time

How much out of tank time is good for a beardie? I leave the door of Oscar's tank open all day, he comes and goes as he please. His tank is in our sun room which is really warm all day and Oscar loves to sit in the indoor plants that are scattered around the room (He never eats them) also he loves to bask by the patio door.

As long as he is getting at least 6-8 hours of UVB's every day, I don't think there is a limit on how long they can stay out. Just keep in mind that the UVBs in your sunroom do not pass through glass, so that doesn't count :wink:

(I could be a bit off on the UVB amount, but he needs to have some)
