Our new baby Hades

Hello there!

We just purchased a baby bearded dragon last week. He (unsure of sex at this point in time) is named Hades. So far all seems to be going well. I work at Petco so have a decent grasp of the basic care. However...my hubby was holding him and he ate a fly? Should I be concerned? It was a day ago and he seems to be doing fine. If anyone has any information that I may need please feel free!! I only have the basic knowledge of care so all help would be appreciated!!

Eating a fly shouldn't cause a problem unless it's been in contact with pesticides. After a day, it would have been absorbed already and he would probably show signs. My bet is that your baby is just fine and just decided to have an unplanned snack! Hope this helps ease your worries!
