Hey all, saved a beardie the other day. They were giving him away free because they couldn't look after him. So I decided to take him in.

I've named him Orm Embar.

As you can see he's missing the end of a toe but since he's been in his new home he's loved it! He's slightly viv defensive but gets very happy when he sees a wax worm, and after feeding him it he's your best friend. He does keep thinking my fingers food though... He also appears to have no health problems that I can see so far (thank god!)

Wow! He's huge!! Maybe he could be a german diet? How much does he weigh? Careful with your fingers  he should come to learn that they're not food.

Unsure on the weight, but he's close to 20 inches in length, maybe longer. Unsure on breed etc but he's AWESOME!

My last dragon was over 20 inches, but he just had a really long tail and average body size. A german giant would be over 600g typically.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.
