Ordering phoenix worms for juvinile.(help)

My bearded dragon is about three months old and about six inches im going to start ordering him phoenix worms.

How long do the phoenix worms live?
What size should i order?
Do i feed the worms?
Will they live through the shipping?

They will last longer if they are kept mid 50's, like in a wine cooler or ice chest with frozen bottle replaced every day.

If left out they will turn black, finish development and crawl away to form moths.

You do not have to feed if chilled and they will last for months.
