So I saw this beardie on Craigslist and he or she( they don’t know the gender) is 8 years old and they had them for 6 years and are getting rid of them because their son got bored of them. It looks like the lights used are not the correct ones and I was just wanting a second opinion on their health because I’m considering getting him or her since they are so old and to live the rest of their life happy

He looks a lot younger - it's a risk but in essence your rescuing him- so w/ that in mind it's up to you if you want to take on a dragon that may or may not have health issues and since you know he has had improper lighting -

I’m really lucky that a vet is down the street from me so it’s not far. I just wanted to get other opinions I attached more pics as well. I think I might rescue this baby

I’ve taken all your advice you’ve given me on this site so my current beardie has the best he can which he was a rescue as well. Now he’s thriving and spoiled. The vet is a reptile vet. He’s really good!

So the beardie I was going to adopt was sold so I didn’t have my chance to rescue that baby but I found a new baby who is 7 months old and has a spinal deformity. They are giving him away for free so I wanna care for him

Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.
Getting ready for another day. Feeling sleepy. 😴
I just walked into my room and instead of looking at me, Swordtail's eyes darted directly to the ice cream drumstick I'm holding
Finally replaced Swordtail's substrate
