Only wants to eat green's after they dry out?

My pebble used to eat his greens every day fresh off the plate- really could not get enough. Then he appeared to have gone through some type of growth spurt and also a little stress with a recent move. Now he wont touch his greens until they have completely dried out. It's really strange actually like, I can tell he is still interested in them but he just disregards or ignores them entirely until they are so dry, they sound all crunchy. I know also that the veggies (usually eats: curly mustard, endive, romaine lettuce, dandelion etc.) lose A LOT of nutrients after getting so dry. It's weird that that's how he prefers his greens and I wish he ate them fresher and got the max nutrition and hydration. He eats his protein fine! (dubia's, superworms mainly-both calcium supplemented) But I've noticed he can be stand offish to water, and baths too and fresh greens..

Has anyone else experienced this? Or does anyone know what it means or how to fix it? Don't want a sick beardie!

He looks nice and healthy so I wouldn't worry about it. My guys have gone through phases of preferring greens when they are crunchier too. It must just be a texture thing. As long as he's getting bugs that are well hydrated it shouldn't be a problem. You could try dripping some water on his nose to offer extra hydration. He'll start licking at it if he wants it. Otherwise I wouldn't be forceful with it.
