Ollie's Thread ~ Petco Problems.

So I had this idea to start a comic and hopefully it turns out good and you guys like it.


It's a nice day in Dragoon's house. (Should have had macros on :wink: )

But then, all of a sudden...

A giant creature blocked Ollie's path!

But, Ollie was prepared.

Pulling out a Nerf gun...

KABLAM! He fires, knocking the creature off of his feet.

Ollie pulls out his easy button.

And is also rewarded a gift.

WOW! A whopping $1!

"I'm rich!"

Hey, everyone.

Ollie's doing well. He's got a vet check-up tomorrow.

But that's not what I wanted to share. I have some freaking awesome news. So, this morning at around 10:00am I found a lizard in a glue trap in the garage. Have no idea how it got there... I thought it was dead. It wasn't moving. I came home again around 7:00pm and had a family member in the garage with olive oil, trying to get it out. It was alive.

We got him out and have him in a tank that Ollie used years back. He was lethargic at first. He hid under the stick for a while and finally came out to look at the lettuce and worms I left out for him. It turns out he's an Italian Wall Lizard; I have no idea how he got to Long Island.
Anyways, this day went from bad to great in an instant.

Wow, that's pretty helpful. Thanks for searching the topic! I'm not going to keep him forever since we have no UV for him. I'm going to release him in a short period of time.

I haven't shown him it yet, and probably never will. Comparing the two by size, Ollie will easily eat her up in three bites. :lol:

That's really cool I just read the whole thread, and your photography is amazing! Ollie's got some really beautiful colors. For Father's Day, you could do a comic about him giving you all the wrong things, like a certificate to take care of him for the rest of his life, or a letter that says "you have received a donation from Dragoon's bank account for $1,000 to feed Ollie all the best foods. Maybe then Ollie, in his quest to eat worms, adopts the wall lizard as his daughter so she can give him more stuff

Glad to hear Ollie is doing well. Wow Luigi is such a cool lizard. I've never seen or even heard about these. You could always change her name to Lou Lou.

Yesterday we had to let Luigi back into the wild. She was clawing at the tank for a long time. I marked the back of her tail so if I ever see her again I'll know it's her.

As for comics, I'm not sure. Still pretty busy but will try.

Hey all! Unfortunately I'm not back with a comic but with a dilemma. Ollie's got some blackish/brownish coloring on his foot. All I can think of is that it's dried poop because he tends to step through it whenever he 'goes'. I would post a picture but my camera needs new batteries (which I do not have, go figure... :roll: ) Any suggestions as to what it is?

Nero had once stepped in his poop and it was dried up blackish/brown.So that cold be it.You could try giving him a bath to see if it comes off.
