Olive might have fungus?

Hello!
Ok so Olive is now 6 months ! So EVER since I had her she has had this werid coloration to her right foot. It is yellow and has some black, I don't know what it is and now I'm conerned because her foot seems a little harder or firm but it is still moveable. She walks on it fine and it doesn't seem like it ever has bothered her. But I'm a mommy... and mommy has to know! :lol: I will post picture down below.

I am not sure that is fungal, but could it be retained shed possibly?
What is your supplementation schedule like? How often do you give calcium & does it have D3? What type of vitamins do you use & how often do you give them?
What type of substrate is she on?

Right at the moment she is shedding her right foot, but as soon has it is done it goes back to the yellow and black color. She has had it ALL her life so far but I never knew what it was. Well on a daily basic I feed her about 30-45 crickets a day,with either collard greens,or kale greens, and ever so often I will order Phoenix Worms for a treat and she loves them! I do have Herptivite Multivitamins and Flucker's Calcium with Vitamin D3 every time I dip the crickets in there she will not eat them she just won't. I honestly don't do it because I personaly think she gets a good amount of all this stuff but it is real if you know what I mean. So I don't give it to her like I should :silent: . She is in the sun a lot (the real sun) since it is summer time here, I actually just got her a little baby pool and she swims in that for so long and she loves it! She is outside A LOT atleast 3-4 times a day. She is on Reptile Carpet. I hope I answered all your quesitons ok. I hope you can help!

I would try using an antifungal cream like Monistat or Lamisil. You can use it on the affected area, daily. Try bathing her in a diluted betadine solution daily, to get the area clean, then apply the antifungal cream.

Has she been on any antibiotics?

Yup just one foot no other body part and she has never been on any type of antibiotics. She has never been to the vet and I don't really want to aha :lol: ! Like I said I had her ever since she was a month and a half old and now she is 6 months she has had it for her ENTIRE life so far and it never seems like it bothers her. She doesn't really like me to pet it and everyone in awhile she will fling her foot to say "stop mother!" Also do I have to go the the vet for these products? Should I see a Reptile Vet?

The products mentioned above are available "over the counter" the anti fungal ointments are out on the shelf can usually find them at places like pharmacies or stores which contain pharmacies.

The betadine can also be available in those same type locations though I have never seen it but, I also have never searched for it. :wink: Probably should though LOL

I think that is the same stuff, it should be mixed in the water during a bath. Not sure the ratio of the mixture Drache613 can better answer that.

Hello,

The betadine can be diluted down until it looks like weak tea. They both should be easy to find at a drug store.
I don't know of anything else it could be, other than a fungal issue right off hand.
Otherwise, does she eat well most of the times?

Yes she eats VERY well! She is overall very healthy she has never had a MAJOR health issue but just little things. The thing is if I get the cream and I put it on her I don't want to hurt her and it making the situation worse or it not work at all. Should I just let it go?

Hello,

No, the cream treatment definitely will not hurt her, when done conservatively & for a short term period. Go ahead & try the treatment just to see if there is any improvement in that area.
That is great she is eating very well & healthy. If it is a fungal issue, it is not very bad yet.
