okay, so i got pinworms, can i transmit them to my reptiles?

i make sure to wash my hands but im sure i have pinworms due to uncomfortable..areas..plus my girlfriend has it and i think i got them from her, is there a way i can transmit them to my reptiles? i think human pinworms are different then reptile ones but i wanna make sure

im not completley sure i have it yet, i just wanna make sure my tegus and beardies are fine! i wanna make sure they cant get it since its human not reptile

so my animals are fine? ill make sure to be sanitary but i make mistakes when im really tired after a long day haha.
