Hello,

I wish I could help, but unfortunately I don't know anything about snakes. Someone may come on that can help you out.
In case you do not know...we do have a snake forum here viewforum.php?f=28

I am going to see if a moderator can move this post for you to the correct forum, where it might get better attention.

yes on the water. give them a small cup of water to soak in. Do you have a picture of the snake? Maybe it can be identified. More than likely, you will have to start it out on live pinky mice next week.

Yes, a picture would definitely be helpful. Depending on the species, you may need to find a more experienced keeper to raise them.

Put them in a Rubbermaid tub with damp paper towels and a water dish. It is very important that you find out what type of snakes these are. They will need to be kept at specific temperatures and humidity levels, and feeding and shedding also varies from species to species.

If any part of the egg is connected to the snake, don't touch it. After they hatch, baby snakes absorb the yolk of the egg. Do not disturb it until it is no longer connected to any part of the egg.

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
