Ok...how old is my little guy?

Hello,
bought my beardie from the pet store about 4 weeks ago, seems happy, energetic....hates to be picked up hahaha, and hates bath time. But, how do i know how old he is??? i have no idea! When i see the people listing measurements on here, is that from head to end of tail?

i'd say mine is 7-9 in inches.....i mean how do i measure him...hold him down hahah

i have no idea on his age, and how big he is supposed to be. I want to keep his diet appropirate for his age......do you measure from head to tail tip or no?

Hi...Lay a ruler on the floor of his tank with one end against the glass. Gently put his nose even with the end of the ruler that is against the glass and straighten his tail to see what number the tip touches. That will be his length.

Most babies are exciteable & flighty. Spend a lot of time with your hand in his tank petting him gently & picking him up for a few seconds then set him down til he no longer is afraid of that huge hand coming at him. Speak softly to him so he can get used to your voice.

So the person you got him from couldn't tell you when it was hatched? That is weird!
