OH NO! Not another "they won't poop" post...

I hate to post this, but we're concerned. Our BD, we think it's a female, is about 7 months old. Two months ago she had pinworms and coccidia and was treated for it successfully. We had a stool sample checked and it was clear just two weeks ago.

Ever since the parasites, she has only pooped every 3-4 days, but seemed fine otherwise. She used to go daily before the parasite issue. Now, she's been eight days without going. She is acting fine otherwise and only slightly off her food. She has also been shedding quite a bit the past week. She's basking at about 105 with a MegaRay, and on reptile carpet. We're going to give her a bath today to see if she'll go.

So, any ideas as to why she goes so seldom since the parasite treatments? Is this normal for some BDs?

My beardie is maybe around the same age as yours (estimated between 6 and 7 months) and recently she started eating a little less bugs and more veggies, and going from pooping every day at the same time as a clock to pooping every other day. It could be an age thing, since I have not seen any other change in behaviour, and she didn't have any illness. It may be around the time they start to modify their eating habits towards more veggies...I don't know :?
