Odd question

I spoil my baby boy more than I probably should and am already planning his holiday decor. For Halloween he has a big skull and I'm working on a few fake tombstones but now I'm looking toward Christmas. I want to make him his own fake Christmas tree like I do our rats and hamsters since their cages (if I can even call them that XD) are like their own houses so I like to make them felt stockings to fill with treats and mini Christmas trees of timothy hay. Now onto my question. Since beardies enjoy licking everything to explore would that be safe in his habitat for the month or so (obviously replacing if it gets wet or at all soiled to prevent mold) or is there some kind of material that I should look into besides Styrofoam and grout? I suppose I can think of other alternatives but if the hay isn't an issue in case he accidentally ingests it I would like to just make one more tree rather than a different kind.

Both of my guys got a real christmas tree just for them. Cooper even rode the train one year.

Awww! That is so cute CooperDragon!! Love the pics. I don't have a train for Loki to ride on...but I do plan on having a stocking for him and a Christmas tree of some sort. I love that people include their beardies in the holidays I think I'm going to get a pumpkin for Loki's tank too.

awwww that is so cute i am sure he feels special. Just make sure that he doesn't eat any of the decorations and make sure they are not danorous in any way.
