Okay, so I've had our colony for about 3 weeks. We've witnessed some mating during food and water changes. Yay! :blob5: But after we cleaned the bin last week, we noticed that one had molted and looked strange. Upon cleaning the bin tonight, we noticed that it had not changed at all. Should we worry? **See Pic**

This is the only one of "its kind" as you can see it's extremely flat and does not appear to have any wings...is this a nymph about to be an adult? Or some kind of ill roach?

Also, I've found 2 of these:

I believe them to be expelled egg sacs. They are extremely hard...I hope I am not correct, or if I am, that I will still be able to get some babies

Hello, one of three things it can be. First make sure the humidity is about 50%. Two you are feeding enough protein and three it could be at the end of the life cycle. And yes that is a dried out egg sac and you can just throw that out.

By the looks of it that is the near end of the life cycle.

The first picture is of a male with no wings. It either shed without them meaning your humidity was poor and it lost its wings in the shed or they were possibly eaten. (As clean as it looks he could have very well shed without them which isn't normal but also nothing to be alarmed about.

The other pics are indeed dispelled egg sacs.
