Odd bath behavior

So, I was bathing Nim tonight and he did something that I have never seen before. He acted like the bath bin was a dig box. He kicked the water just like I have seen beardies in dig boxes do. Is this weird or normal? He usually hates the bath, but it looked like he was enjoying it. He can't be a gravid female, and I have heard male beardies having fun in dig boxes. Should I give him a dig box to play in? Thanks to whoever who replies. :D

My female did the same thing yesterday for the first time. She usually hates bath time, too. I'd like an answer to this, too. She's under a year old, however, so I don't think she's gravid.

Thanks
Kym

Anything like this?

That's my male Yogi, he loves the bath :) He always kicks and splashes making a huge mess everywhere! lol In this video though he's whipping his tail more than he usually does but that's because his tail was shedding and he was trying to get the skin off, which he did:

Are your beardies shedding? Maybe they are just getting used to the bath and are beginning to enjoy it? :) Yogi will stay in the bath for hours if I let him, even in the cold water!

Nope, not shedding....making a mess all over trying to get out, though! Rudy is better, once he gets in, he's fine for a while, just sitting there. When he's ready to get out, he lets me know! LuLu, on the other hand, is constantly flailing to get out, resting now and then and starting all over again. So strange...they are so different!

Thanks for the response!

Yes, it was just like that. It looked like a mix of the video you have and a video of a beardie in a dig box. He is shedding on his tail and was shedding on his legs. But he could also be enjoying it, because that looks like a swimming motion. Thanks for the response. I guess I'll give him a longer bath next time since he seems to enjoy it now, LOL. :D I did pull him out a few seconds before the timer set for 10 minutes beeped, because he was freaking me out. Thanks for the reply! :D

Yes. :D Except with less back scratching. I guess I'll give Nim a bigger bath bin and see just what he does. I'll also see if I can show it here. Thanks! :D

I honestly don't think a bigger bin would work, but maybe deeper water.. I put my girl in the bath tub and she still does it, but only when the water is shallow.. so idk what makes them do it.

Whether a bigger bin or not would work, he still needs a bigger one. His is now so small he just swims in circles, yeah, someone needs a bigger bin. :D Which I can do immediately. I still can't believe he enjoys the bath now. I will never understand that lizard. :D

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
