Oatmeal for crickets and dubias?

On the last big grocery shopping trip I picked up all kinds of oatmeal, including some of the flavored instant stuff. Come to find out no one in the house likes the stuff so now I have a bunch of it and no idea what to do with it. I then wondered if it was something I could feed to the dubias and crickets. I don't see why there would be a problem, but thought I would double check to be safe.
Thanks =)

Every day I take a tiny dish and fill it with red bran and drench it a bit in water so its mushy then put it in with my dubias. A few hours later the tiny dish will be empty -- so i'm sure you can do the same with your oatmeal! 8) Just make sure it doesn't mold, but with thousands of dubias here they gobble it up too fast before it can sit stagnant.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
