Not sure what to syringe feed

So long story short, I have a beardie with worsening congenital neurological problems who is probably never going to be able to eat independently very soon. I am currently hand feeding whenever she looks hungry but this isn't sustainable. I need help with how to provide a proper diet completely syringe fed in the long-term. Please be specific if you can.
