Not sure of age or sex

I just inherited 2 beardies from a friend who is clueless and has no info on them. As of now i measured them at 5.5" and 6" from head to tail. the 5.5" beardie is shorter because his/her tail seems to have been cut somehow at the end because its stubby.Is it possible to guess age from the size, at this size is it possible to tell there sex? Thanks newbie owner here

Since bearded dragons grow at different speeds like humans, it would be hard to tell their age. But when my beardie was 6", she was a little order than 2 months. So probably around 2 months for both and the gender can be determined at around 5 months old.

if you lift their tails up and look just above the bum crack (sorry couldn't think of another word for it) you should be able to see some lumps, 1 lump its a girl 2 lumps its a boy.
