So what does it mean when your beardie stops shedding? He used to shed like every two weeks sometimes even more, and now he hasn't had a good shed in almost two months now.
He appears healthy, good movements regularily and he eats fairly well, proper temps and lighting, good calcium and suppliments, is he maybe just in between growth spurts?
I thought maybe his small home had something to do with it, and I have since moved him into a much much bigger place (75gallon tank) and he doesn't seem to make use of it he just likes to lie in his hammock all day long with the exception of coming down to eat or poop. Which, really, is the same thing he did in his smaller tank.
Is there something I can do to get him to start growing again?

I wish i could help, but i'm new to this and on my first beardie (well actually my second but i only had my first one for 2 weeks because a mealworm ate through his stomach  ) , so the only thing I can guess is that maybe he is just in between growth spurts. I wonder if brumation can make them stop shedding? :? How old is your beardie? I wouldn't worry as long as you are giving him enough proteins and good lighting.

I agree with Anolan13, where are the more experienced people on here? They need to help you. Anyways good luck!

Umm he is probably around 8-9 months by now, definitely not older then 10 months. I think maybe he is inbetween growth spurts...I am hoping that once he gets adjusted to his new home he will start eating again and moving around more which might make him hungrier thus eating more..??
I'll have to see, I might just have a wee-dragon or something. I just wanted to know if there is anything extra I could do to get him to grow.

Im not an expert either  but i do know that the shedding slows considerably as they age. a 1 yr old would shed less often than a 3 mo old for example.

He's not quite a year though he is around 8 or 9 months...
I dunno, I won't worry about it I guess, as long as he's eating and happy then thats okay. My boyfriend thinks it would be fitting to have an undersized dragon to match our undersized cat (shes only maybe 4 or 5 pounds at 2 years old lol)

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
