Not shedding right. Need assistance.

My 5 month bearded dragon shedded perfectly with a tempature of 95 to 100 and the cool side 80. My seven month did not and has not shed he started to shed the same time my little one shed and now it's been about 3 1/2 weeks and he can't seem to get the skin on his back off .I take him a bath around twice a week and this week I even put shed ease. It did nothing . So what else can I do?

Wait patiently. It'll come off when it's ready to. I would make sure he has something to scratch against.

I have heard you can use and extra soft tooth brush on them while they are in the bath. Just rub him real lightly while he is soaking.

I would really suggest against that. The shed will come off when it's ready. The toothbrush has the same result as pulling, you've removed shed before it was ready.

Toothbrush is a common recommendation. Make sure it is soft bristle and you aren't being too rough, but if it comes off with a light toothbrush it is fine. Kind of like hair that comes out during brushing/ combing versus hair that is pulled out :wink:
