Not shedding! Help?

When I first got my second beardie, I notice there was some extra skin on his nose so I didn't pay much attention since I thought he will shed it in his other sheds. But he finished shedding and its still there. It won't come off. What should I do? What happens if it stays there? I gave him warm baths to ease his shedding, but it still doeesn't work.
