I have a juvenile bearded dragon I’ve had him for over a month , he’s pretty skinny. He’s been refusing food for the past 4 days he shed on the 26th I’ve been bathing him daily Incase of any shed that didn’t come off. He’s been inactive for the most part he lays on his log or hammock. His basking spots are 107 degrees f , I have a uvb light that’s 26 watts. I’ve been feeding him crickets until he became uninterested in them so I then fed him mealworms but I did more research on it and found that they weren’t great for him. I then got calciworms which he refused. He poops regularly despite not eating , and he drinks lots of water. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

Have you been monitoring his weight? If that is stable and he is active he may just be at a lull in growth and doesn't have appetite for a little while. How far above his basking area do you have your UVB set up? Is it the 26w exo terra 150 or 200?

Today I got him a new UVB set up , the T8 10.0 reptisun light tube , it sits about 6 inches away on top of the lid. Hoping to see some improvements!! Do you have any suggestions on where to get something to track his weight?

To manage weight, if you don’t have a tiny package weight (which I use) I would suggest weighing yourself then holding your beardie and weighing yourself again to see the difference. The first option is more precise but if you don’t have one the second works too.

You can weigh on a kitchen food scale weigh in grams --- you can get them at Walmart
also your T 8 needs to be inside the tank w/ NO plastic cover over the bulb -- you need to be able to see the bulb --- approx 8-10 inches from basking decor to be most effective and make sure you change that bulb out in 6 months I recommend a month before

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
