Not eating and pooping while asleep?

My beardie has been shedding her head and going through a rough patch the past 10 days or so. Prior to the head shed she was shedding her entire body but eating normally. Now she isn't really eating at all besides maybe a few crickets every couple of days. During this time she started pooping the bed, literally. When her lights come on and she wakes up in the morning I find a small poop/stain in her bed right where she sleeps every night. This has happened the past 4 nights in a row and it's starting to freak me out. Anyone have any idea what's going on or experience with this issue?
