Not eating and blood in stool

So I've posted health and eating concerns before but I think it's turned downhill a bit. Last night and this morning I noticed blood or what looks like blood in Rangos stool. He's not eating and the vet is figuring what to since his stool samples are so small. Have you seen this before?

Hello,

How much blood are we talking about that has been in his stool?
Did the vet do a fecal on him also?
It looks somewhat like hardened substrate or something similar. What type of substrate is he on right now, sand, carpet, tiles?
What foods do you feed him currently, roaches, crickets, types of worms & greens?

There was only a little bit and I'm not really sure it was blood it just looked pinkish. Ive been trying to feed very small crickets but he's not eating so I tried very small white fly larvae and that was ok for a while but went from 20/day to 6 to now none. Trying to offer veggies and nothing/doing soaks and still nothing. Substrate is the reptile carpet. Vet is doing fecal test but stool is so small that they are trying to figure out what to do. A few people told me to use benebac and baby food squash and also reptiboost. My little guy is only about 6 inch long
