None of my flashlights are strong enough

I keep trying to do the flashlight method of sexing, which is actually super difficult right now because Lu's springtime behavior is all over the place, but none of my lights are bright enough to see anything and Lu bolts after about 4 seconds. Does anyone think they can tell from this shot?

Looks to me like you're holding the light wrong, hold it right behind the base of the tail.

Not sure it will help, but try it in a darker room.

Yeah, you see how its pink and not red? Turn the lights out and close the blinds when you do it.


Oh and yeah, the first picture looks male to me.

Hi there....that is definitely a male. There are 2 hemipene bulges above the vent. Easy to see even without a flashlight.
