Non Stick Padded Shelf Liner

Hello,

I currently have Vicco on the wooden floor to his viv, and he slips a little bit when on it. I want to use shelf liner but wanted to clear something up. When people talk about Non Stick Padded Shelf Liner what do they mean exactly?

Is it this with the holes in:

Or this which is smooth but doesnt look as padded?

I imagine it is the second one, but just wanted to check what people use. If you use shelf liner please could you post the one you use, as I have just used Duck Brand here as an example.

You can get shelf liner that is squishy and padded like the first one, but with out the little holes in it. Walmart and Target have some cool patterns of it.

I can't tell if this is much different than the one you posted, but this one looks fairly padded:

Yeah that is the kind of thing I was looking for, the second one I posted looks a bit hard and flat.

I will go down to Wilkinsons tomorrow (in England) and see what they have.

What do you use to stick it down? I don't want crickets etc getting under it. Was thinking of just using double sided tape.

I used Velcro, but tape should work too.
